Had such a wonderful day at Marchmont House in Scotland celebrating the opening of the Marchmont Silversmithing Workshop. Grateful to have been able to keynote the day with a talk entitled “The Power of Craft in a Transformational Age: How Previous Movements Inform the Future of Culture,” and to tour the new The Marchmont Silversmithing Workshop. Additionally special was seeing old friends, among them Ebba Goring, Karin Paynter, and Karen Westland and meeting new ones, among them Hugo Burge, Malcolm Appleby, Rod Kelly, and Brett Payne. Looking forward to the great things we can all do together in service of silver, craft, and community.
